The Future of Buildings: Getting Ontario Ready for Net-Zero

Ontario is a leading North American jurisdiction in the effort to fight climate change.

Since 2015, the province has put its carbon emission reduction targets into law, placed a limit and price on carbon pollution, and introduced a number of complimentary plans and policies that will continue to shift Ontario to a clean, low carbon economy.

Yet, there is still more to do in order to reach Ontario’s emissions reduction targets, including tackling carbon emissions from Ontario’s buildings.
